OUR HISTORY
Amanda has been a chef in the catering industry for many years, and she started Amanda Douglass Catering Service in 2008 as a way to assist those in her local community directly. She is a qualified chef and have worked in many five star establishments, The Park Hyatt, Ramada Renaissance in Sydney and our very own Anchorage Port Stephens when first arriving in Port Stephens.
OUR SERVICES
We work with local suppliers and use market-fresh produce for our homemade foods. We cater to events of all sizes, from small work lunches to large weddings.
